We will examine your drive to determine the type of failure. this pricing is for blue screen of death only.

Basic Data Recovery (Level A Service) - $199.00*

We will examine your drive to determine the type of failure. If it appears that information can be recovered without the need to repair the electronics on the drive, we will perform a basic data recovery. Depending upon the volume of data, we will recommend recovery to DVDs or another (new) hard drive. We will return your old drive and the new media to you.

Intermediate Data Recovery (Level B Service) - $399.00*

We will examine your drive to determine the type of failure. If a firmware error appears to be causing the problem, we will fix the firmware error and will recover as much data as possible. Depending upon the volume of data, we will recommend recovery to DVDs or another (new) hard drive. We will return your old drive and the new media to you.

Board Level Repair & Data Recovery (Level C Service) - $CALL*^

If your drive has defective electrical errors or mechanical errors, we will repair or replace the faulty parts before attempting to recover the data. Depending upon the volume of data, we will recommend recovery to DVDs or another (new) hard drive. We will return your drive and the new media to you.

In most cases we will be able to return the hard drive assembly along with the repaired parts. However, we do not recommend that you reuse the old drive to store data.

Diagnostic Fee - $50 (Applies only for drives with electronic/mechanical error)*

In the event that we are not able to recover your drive, we will render a diagnosis and refer you to a facility that performs extensive mechanical repairs.

USB Pen Drives - $99.00*

We can recover data from USB pen drives. The above rate is for capacities up to 1 GB, and do not include hardware repair. Contact us for details.

iPod® and Other MP3 Players

All Data Recovery can help. Because of the wide selection of iPods and other players, we will need to examine the device before we can provide a recovery quotation. Our $49 diagnostic fee applies (see above). Contact us for details.
