FAQs
My USB Drive is not recognised

Q- My USB Drive is not recognized, I can see a message in windows "USB malfunction something, something...", what is the cause and how much will it cost me to recover.

A- USB drives are very unreliable and should not be used to store data, basically they should be used only to transfer data and you should always have another backup copy.

This can be caused by a faulty chip, we do suggest that you stop trying and send this to a data recovery company immediately, as this is still at early stages and is easy to recover, if the drive dies completely it will cost a hefty price (around $500), at this stage while the error message is still showing the price will be $99.
